striking colors plentiful amenities divine food
The architecture included striking colors. The staff showed kindness upon arrival. Shalu at the concierge explained everything precisely. The room was huge. Amenities were plentiful. The hotel staff was always helpful. The food served was divine. I would love to come back myself.
The music played by the pool was loud especially in the evenings as the noise goes straight into the rooms. The coffee shop and bar also had loud music, so there was no escape. The pool is small with little shade.

underwhelming stay for the price
sewer smell limited mocktail
I anticipated a more luxurious experience. the breakfast buffet had a basic selection of indian and western items, but nothing stood out. our room's bathroom had a noticeable sewer smell, though staff offered a room change. the shower knob was broken, so i repaired it myself rather than wait for assistance. the lack of cocktail options by the pool was disappointing. The blender was broken, limiting mocktail choices. overall, my stay was underwhelming compared to other hotels i visited in south india.

varied options local history attentive staff
The breakfast buffet provided many options. The complimentary walking tour showed interesting local history. I found the staff very helpful and attentive to my needs.
The shower knob was broken and I had to fix it myself.

historic heritage extra night high price outside commotion
The hotel had a historic heritage. This. The team showed care to the guests. The online guest reservation team suggested an extra night reservation to guarantee early check in.
The hotel itself was good, but overpriced. The hotel was missing warmth. There was a ton of outside commotion in the room. a little white noise on phone made it okay to sleep.

clean room friendly staff convenient location
I found the hotel room clean. The staff were friendly from arrival. I also appreciated the great location. It sits in a quiet area while still allowing access to city life.
The pool is quite small and has limited shade.

charming heritage
warm staff tidy bathroom european decor
my stay had amazing moments at this place. the staff were warm and i felt right at home. even the bathroom felt neat, tidy, and well maintained. i liked european decor a lot, it made me happy.
the breakfast buffet had good items, but could be better. their french toast tasted very good though.
